Was quoted one price to fix my AC ($500), but the running total was much higher ($815). I was surprised pay such a big difference. Not very nice for a place that believes in nice. Bids should be clear about the running total after everything is added up.
Staff seemed frustrated that I came there for service. Lots of other shops in town that are hungry for business. As a comparison, I experienced better customer service at Subaru across the lot.
Also, a $140 diagnosis fee for EVERY singe item I wish to get looked at is really steep.
Just being honest. Not coming back here for future maintenance & repairs.

I was quoted 249, then told 299, when I arrived. To top that off, my windshield isn’t even clean, streaked all over. Found spots where it wasn’t vacuumed correctly. I’ll be back today to point out what was missed. Also Austin texted me about any questions, then I repeatedly asked the same question NUMEROUS times to not be answered ever. I had to call and ask.
Austin is substandard and so is whomever “detailed” my car.
