Came in to have a tire repaired sat there for an hour and a half was told they couldn’t fix it and I needed a new set of tires. Left and went to a Reputable tire store down the street got my tire repaired and was told my tires are fine. We won’t be coming back there for service

My experience with Michelle was great but the loaner car I was given, while helpful, was completely dirty and crusty. The trunk had so much yard debris that I didn’t even want to put my groceries in the back. Also no one told me anything about the status of my actual car or details of what was done to it when I picked it up. They just handed me the Keys and said it should be out in the parking lot.

Shawn was excellent, no issues with him. Whoever did the install on my Honda Crosstour was not careful. There are scratches on the roof of my car near install. They were not there before install, it’s very obvious these scratches are from the install. There is also grease all over the large section of the rack that was installed along with grease on the roof of the car. Unsure what the grease is from but if most definitely should have been cleaned up. I know nobody will see the scratches on top of my car, but I did as I was looking at the install. But even though people won’t see it while walking by, it’s still so very frustrating that a simple roof rack install caused these imperfections to my roof. Very disappointed in this.
