I was told I would receive a “loaner vehicle” when I made my appointment, which I was depending on, as I have a 3 year old son and we needed to be able to go home until my car was finished. When I checked my car in for service I was told that wasn’t the case. My entire experience with Jeff was sub par and he seemed very frustrated with me when I requested the return Uber ride to pick up my vehicle stating “our company has to pay for this so if you can just get a ride before 5:30 that would be best”. I was told my car needs other service however I will take it elsewhere because of the poor customer service I received. In addition, I believe it would very beneficial If the person who set my appointment gave correct information regarding renting a car, and directions on where to take the vehicle, etc.
