Yeah I was very satisfied with Jerry Reynolds he was very polite and courteous I was just a little disappointed I would say a lot disappointed in how I was treated by **** Hannah Chrysler they had poor communication and did not fix my vehicle so I kept having to take it back and had to deal with a loaner car which the first time I requested one and showed up for my appointment they did not have one there and said I did not request one when I did and I had to take it back to get stuff fixed they said that it was fixed and now it's back for a third time so hopefully they can get it right and there's still one part by the front driver side windshield and driver side Hood piece that is loose that did not get fixed when it was taken over from Chrysler but Jerry has always been a very professional respectful person thanks

I came in for what was supposed to be an estimated 2 hour repair of a recalled passenger airbag. Surprisingly, I was offered the service of a LYFT vehicle while I waited to make it to a dr appt. Upon returning from my dr appt, aprrox 2.5 hrs later, Shawn said it would be a little while longer. Unbeknownst to me, the team was going over my vehicle and had found among other things, a screw missing from my brake system. Never once did they inform me of this until almost 4 hrs into my supposed 2 hr fix. Finally, Shawn explained that they didnt have the missing screw and they would have to order it. All this was going on behind the scenes without my permission or even my asking for this to be resolved. Shawn said this was a true safety issue. Shawn said that the car should be ready to go in the morning. At that time I had a ride home and left the vehicle for the repair. I called at 19 the next morning and the vehicle wasn’t done, the wrong kit had come in and the new estimated time of completion was lunch time. I had to be at work and the arrangements I had made to pick up my vehicle would no longer work out so I informed Shawn that I would need a ride to and from work. He said they couldn’t do that since I worked in Gresham. I said this was not acceptable and I wanted to speak with his boss. He said his boss was not available and that he would arrange for a ride. At the end of my shift I was waiting for LYFT to pick me up and realized that another error had been made and the LYFT vehicle had been sent to **** Hannah and not my place of work. I called and notified Shawn and canceled the LYFT driver so she wouldn’t be anymore inconvenienced than I’m sure she already was. Shawn rescheduled Lyft with the correct route and they arrived a short time later. After an hour and a half of being home, and in the middle of dinner, I receive a text from a LYFT driver saying they had arrived at my place of work and are there to pick me up. I explained the situation and let them know I had already been picked up and dropped off. After all this hassle for what was supposed to be a quick, easy, in and out repair I’m sure you can understand why I am less than satisfied with the service Shawn provided. Never did he apologize, but implied he was working very hard to resolve the obstacles in his way. Frankly, I feel all the trouble he had to go through to resolve these issues were of his own doing.

The service rep did not come mid service to explain the critical items to be fixed and instead only contacted my wife after all service was completed and had marked the critical items as declined. We have tires for life tires were marked as needing replacement but we're not replaced. My wife was anxious about driving a vehicle with critical repair items undone. She was so irritated that she contacted a local dealer, told then what you had said needed to be done, and got a significantly lower cost estimate. You lost a customer today.
