The people were all fantastic! But the automated texts were weird and confusing. They didn’t match my situation at all. I was waiting for a tire to come in stock so I had my car with me at home, and I kept getting texts saying that my car was almost ready, etc. The system just needs the bugs ironed out, I suppose!
