Ryan was absolutely outstanding. If a supervisor reads this, I would love to receive a call and explain on the phone. I will have my car serviced at this dealer specifically due to his service and how he went above and beyond (and furture Golf R purchase). I would love to give him a glowing review to his superior. He saved my financial well being.
As silly as this sounds (and I know, it does), a close personally friend of mine knows **** Hannah personally, and through our social circle I will directly name him as outstanding to him if I get the chance.
