When we picked the car up, it was brought out after 10 minutes & the driver window was down. I got in and raised the window as I pulled out of the lot. It made a loud crunchy noise. I pulled over right away and lowered it to adjust my side mirror back to my setting and test for the sound. It still crunched. We bought it right back in and left the car for your team to check. Today someone called my husband, a cable in that door is now damaged and they want $575 to fix it. NO responsibility was taken by your team. This is not okay with us.
