I was called to reschedule my appointment for today. When I called to do so they couldn't find me on the schedule. I show up today, and I was told that I was not on the schedule for my appointment even though I called and made one up. Thankfully they were able to fit me in this morning. Each time I spoke with the scheduling service person, I specifically asked how much the tune up and oil change would be. Each time I was quoted $270. The morning of my appointment, I was told the same thing, amount of $270,& they know I am a Oregon resident and prefer to go to the Vancouver location because it's better. Upon checking out, I was provided a bill for over $305, even when asked to see my Oregon driver's license. When I asked why the jump in price, from this morning's conversation and the ones I had multiple times with the scheduling of service I was given a lame excuse about tax and labor... which I was already told was part of the $270 40,000 tune up and oil change. I have to say, that I have never be so mislead on, on going basis as I have since I purchased my vehicle from **** H. I have to say that when it comes to a time again for me to trade in and purchase a new vehicle, I will not be a repeat customer.

I was told I was going to have my vehible washed and do the oil change all for around $100 according with the person I talk to when I made the appointment....but when I got there I was told the opposite and I have to pay more for it.
