Huge improvements in staff. Vladimir did a fantastic job of taking care of our vehicle and us. As VW and Audi vehicle owners of 4. We have experienced many levels of service in the last several years. He is top level and should be at your Audi facility but we are thankful to see this level of service finally at our VW Dealership.

Great employees! I was disappointed by the lack of refreshments especially since web site stated there were refreshments. When I asked about them, I was told they are delivered in the morning and people in the afternoon get the left overs. However, I was there at 1:30pm and there were no cookies or donauts. Just water and coffee. I was told employees had eaten a lot of them.
Guess employees get treats and customers get none.
