I always get an amazing service in a promptly manner. Everyone is professional and friendly. The waiting area is always clean and provide comfort. Coffee and cookies are great! The tv was great! Because I Had the opportunity to watch a show that I don’t have at home. Over all amazing!

Ryan was a great help my appointment was at 7:15 am I talked with Ryan and confirmed I need my 50k service along with my running lights to be checked Ryan reassured me they could do that no problem. He did let me know the service could take up to two hours but may take a little longer to check my lights I was completely understanding of that. Ryan showed to the waiting area but my two hours turned into four and half hours I never got an update on my car granted I was told it would take a little longer but if I knew it was going to be a five hour service I would have had someone pick me up this was not Ryan’s fault I understand they had been very busy and he was working really hard however the lady that was working hat morning was updateingoyher customers and I eject heard anything about my car I had to walk outside and ask her for an update on my car and she said oh yeah let me look for Ryan he told me the tech was just finishing up with my transmission service I was there at 7:15 and they finished up around 10:15 I believe it was......finally at this point I was getting frustrated, Ryan asked me a few questions and I was polite and willing to help because he was trying to get things finished up for me after speaking with him he said ok I need to finish up some paper work please give me 5 minutes and I’ll get to checked out again I was very great full for Ryan, so I waited again to be checked out my 5 minutes turned into another 30-40 minutes and I received a text saying my car was completed and ready to picked up through notifications I received this text maybe 10 minutes after I spoke with Ryan about waiting 5 more minutes again i finally got up and as I was walking out to the service center the lady said oh yeah you’re ready to go sorry we had cars coming and going and we got slammed again I understand you can get busy but at least tell me it will be a few more minutes I was very frustrated with it, after lpaying I was told they are bringing my car right now and to wait outside the garage and they will back it up, I sat there again waiting and I saw my car still parked in the back lot no one touched it Ryan at the time was resetting an oilfield light for a customer because an employee couldn’t figure out how to do it, again totally understandable, I waited for my car I thing it was. 3 minute to 5 minute wait to get my car at this point it was around 11:40 pm i was able to get into my car and leave, I read the receipt and it said they washed the front window and vacuum the front driver and passenger floor the the vacuuming was fine but only my driver sird if my winsheuld looked ok the other side had a lot of streaks that’s not a huge deal breaker for me it was more of the bit having updates while I saw other customers receiving updates I had to track an employee down I waited for 3.5 hours before I went looking for someone it’s the little things. However Ryan is always a great help and having him as service advisor is the only reason why I keep coming back he is always willing to help look into things for me and take time to answer all my questions upon leaving he even went a step further to look into my warranty while having a smile on his face he always honest with me and i very much respect that. Was it a horrible service no but I do feel there’s areas that could be worked on if I had to rate it I would do a 3 out 5 stars only because Ryan was a great help

I am very satisfied with the service I received. All of it. The only suggestion I have is that my car be washed whenever I bring it in for service. The only time delivering a clean car seemed important to VW was the day I bought it. It’s a small thing but makes me feel like something ‘extra’ was done.

Made my visit quick and simple and never had to call to ask questions, he called me with the answer to a question i was gonna call about and was just really nice and would definetly bring it in again if i happen to have trouble with my car:)

Great service and Gary told me next oil and inspection rest in my vehicle. It is not set for so I will need to call to be told how to do it myself. Too far away to drive to you. Gary was great however. 4th and for the wash and vaccuum

After replacing the O2 sensors, the engine began to turn off the 4, 5, 6 cylinder. I disconnected the sensors, the engine started working smoothly. wasted money
