Service took two hours when I would told us going to be 90 minutes. The final cost was $160 in change when I was quoted 140+ tax. After the tire rotation the car has a distinct shutter to it when I drive so i have to take it to have tire balance checked

Arrived at 7:15am, Did not get an update or check in on my vehicle the entire time I was there I had to ask twice for an update. After six hours the team finally gave me a vague update on the vehicle after I asked a second time. After receiving my vehicle it was dirty on the inside with scuff marks on the side of the seat, oil hand prints on the hood, white droplets on the windshield. The notes that I provided when I arrived was captured incorrectly. I specified a transmission fluid leak on a 4000 mile vehicle and it was documented as an oil leak. Also in the paperwork it states that I’m supposed to get a car wash card I’ve never received.
