Very frustrated with your service. Starting with being given an automated number rather than the mechanics actual number. I was then told the car would be ready for pick up at 5:30 and not told you close at 6. Got there 15 minutes late and had to wait around for 20 minutes and then another 20 to be told I couldn’t take my car until the next day. Besides that, the car is working great.

I don't get the VIP experience that I get when I go to Armstrong VW. When I go there everything I ask for is completed plus they go the extra mile and wash the inside and outside they coat my windshield with a crystal fusion coating, they always fill my ad blue with ecery oil change. I decided to come to **** Hannah because it is closer but I think I will go back to Armstrong VW as the service they provide leaves me feeling like they appreciate my business not like I'm just another number.

I love Ryan! Very expensive oil change though. My neighbor suggested a different place that he takes his VW for a change. Are there benifits to coming to ****’s that you can educate me on? I’m a teacher and if I can save some $$ but not put my car at risk, I’d like to do so.

No. They couldn’t find my appt. then on the email I received prior it said “ wash car, vacuum interior mats, etc. So when the tech called me to take the car I asked why it hadn’t been washed??? And his reply was to hand me a coupon for a wash somewhere else???? I recently arrived in Vancouver, and we have purchased 3 new VW cars in recent years. At Strong VW in Salt Lake City they washed, dried my car, etc Every time I was in. Repeat purchasing customers received a decal allowing them washed unlimited as well as Many other complimentary services. They had service there I only Wish I received here also.
