Vlaid was great. Parts came in faster than anticipated, was able to make an appointment for the next morning and away I went.

I asked for my radio to be checked out, because it was not working and that was not addressed. It would have been nice to know about the issues that needed attention before the end of service so that some of them could have been addressed. Such as wipers and lights. So, I left somewhat disappointed.

It took two hours and 10 minutes for an oil change, are you kidding me? And my appointment was a scheduled one, not walk-in without notice...they cut it short when I complained about long waiting time,delivered the car without the complimentary car wash. I serviced all our three VW cars there, always late, lame excuses, we'll look somewhere else for service in the future!

After multiple visits Ryan and team finally got the issue fixed. Thank you!

Ryan was just amazing. Very professional and kind. He provided best custtservice. After the service I can hear some grinding under the hood. It will come and go. So I am not happy that I have to comeback again to get check.

From the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up... Ryan Wade, kept me updated via text about the progress of my car. I love the color of the tint (which was finished in a few hours). Also Marisa Lopez was great at helping me to decide what the best tint was for me. She took the time to explain the colors, and the process so that I understood what I was getting. I was disappointed when I got my car home and opened my hood to see what work was done and noticed my custom oil cap that I purchased from ECS tuning online was taken and replaced with a stock oil cap and noticed one of my valve stem caps off my Audi wheels was missing so now being disappointed that I have to spend money to replace these items on my car which I have to make time out from my busy work week to replace I just moved here a month ago from Las Vegas and I definitely received better service than this from my old dealership I will definitely be taking my Car to another VW dealership to have them work on my car .

Appointment was at 11:30 on Thursday. After waiting 4 hours in the lounge, Ryan came out to tell me progress (or lack thereof) and wanted to keep the van to complete researching the electrical problem. Ok. Nice young lady drove home. The next day I did not hear anything from dealership so I called at about 4:30. Young lady took the call and came back saying that Ryan would inform me ‘next week.’ I had not been told the day before that it could go into the next week. I was very upset, mostly because of the lack of communication. If I had just been been kept informed through the day. I cooled off Friday night and resigned myself to waiting till next week (all the time imagining my the ever-increasing cost of researching the electrical problem.) The next morning (sat) I got a call (about 9:40) from a very pleasant man to tell me that the car’s problem had been resolved and was ready for pickup. Because of the short amount of time between when I called on Friday late afternoon, and the time I was called on Sat morning saying the work was complete, I have to wonder if any real research was done on Friday. I certainly was charged a lot of labor, but the problem was solved rather quickly between late Friday and early Saturday. I brought the van to you because I thought you’d have the staff, equipment, and technical knowledge to solve the problem quickly.

Gary is such an awesome person! I have worked with him on several occasions with my car and he is always professional, respectful, reassuring, and very confident in his job. **** Hannah should be very proud to have him representing the company, he is a gem!

My wife dropped off and picked up, and I didn’t get any grief, so it must have been great!!!

He was very helpful in getting our problem resolved. So observant to see where the car leaked fluid on the floor and calling us to come back in before our 2 hour drive home. Excellent employee, should have more like him.
