Well on the work order it stated that I got my windshield Cleaned, vacuumed front floor, and that a complimentary car wash card to Kaady Car wash was given to me..... non of that was done and I didn’t get any gift card !! I just want you guys to know that, my car was in the shop from 11:30 till 2:06.... idk but I think it took to long to fix the recall, and the mechanic just added things on the invoice that weren’t done just to make up the time. That’s really unprofessional!

This is not the first time I’ve visited **** Hannah Volkswagen but it will be the last. Other **** Hannah dealerships have been servicing our cars for years so it only seemed appropriate to bring our pre-owned Passat to your dealership after we purchased it. Both times, associates don’t seem to appreciate whether or not we will bring our vehicle back so we will not. Thanks for your time, Marcos

Wasn’t told the repair was needed till after it was completed. Should of been updated when the issue was identified. Also when I purchased my vehicle I payed extra for the $0 down warranty and was told it was still $50 down on certified vehicles. I’ll be reviewing my paperwork later, but this was not pleasant. Also your new management system is a huge step back from the old one from scheduling to communication while my car is in shop. I do not appreciate being texted and emailed this frequently for feedback.

Vlad, was super cool and very personable. He inspected my car and helped me order the parts I needed and get them painted. He called as soon as everything was in and helped me set up my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment he had everything set up and got me in and out as quickly as possible. He checked in with me a few times while I was waiting to give me up dates as well. Really great service rep. 5/5 starts!

Ryan was awesome and probably the best that I can remember when taking in my car for service at VW. He was friendly, professional, patient and helpful. He was able to squeeze us in when my car was having problems on the way to southern Oregon and worked hard to get us on our way. Thanka, Ryan! Other comments: my parents and I found everyone at your dealership to be very nice and friendly, which was refreshing. You don’t see that at other dealerships, at least not in the Puget Sound area, including Larson VW in Tacoma where I bought my car. The service there has gone down hill dramatically since I bought my car there 16 years ago (what a shame...).The other kudo goes to Nick who was also patient and helpful when we came to pick up my car. The Australian guy in sales was also very friendly and nice as well. Thanks all for helping to make our emergency pit stop bearable!

When the service employee tells me the service will be $139 plus tax, and the bill has $139, plus $9 windy fees, plus tax, an otherwise good service turns really negative.

I woke up with my tire pressure light on, i filled my tires with air and watched them throughout the day and the air declined so i knew there was a nail or something causing a slow leak. I went to **** Hannah VW and asked them to look at it. They said all my tires were low so they put air in and sent me on my way even though i told them i thought i had a nail or something because of the slow leak and all we did. I woke up the next day and light was back on. So I went in and they let me know it was an hour and a half wait, So i said I’ll come back. Go on my lunch break and they took it and then came and told me sorry it’s gonna be 2 hours because our techs just went on lunch. So i said that’s fine, so after sitting for 2 hours i went to find someone because they never came and told me if it could be fixed or if i needed a new tire. So i found one of the employees and she said they were still trying to find the leak! Haven’t even tried fixing it yet. Then came and told me found it, it’s repairable give us 15 minutes,... another hour later. So it was a total of 3 hours waiting. I understand there are other customers and sometimes it might be difficult to find the issue but 2 hours and they hadn’t found the leak or even informed me of anything which was frustrating. They need to work on their communication.
