Very friendly and excellent communicator. Definitely went above and beyond with every extra request we asked for. Only unsatisfied there was not a loaner car available...the shuttle was really late and then detoured picking someone else up and bringing them to their house first which added even more time and made us late to my daughter’s friend’s birthday party.

On the checklist all the items are checked green but I know there is a small rock chip in my windshield but there is a green check mark. The perception to me is that it was never checked. I pay 160 dollars and the car was still dirty.

Ryan was a super nice guy and very orofessional and he satisfactorily addressed the errors and concerns. He gets an A. It is more the quoting process and a couple of things that were ignored that was part of our appointment and it resulted in an extra 40minutes of my personal time at the dealership as well as my own elbow grease at home to redo the mini detail which was done poorly. Again, probably not Ryan’s fault. We have purchased FIVE VWs from **** HANNAH in Vancouver. Expect better service and attention to detail.

I have brought my car in many times (Golf and FIAT) I have always said yes to the car wash. I have NEVER received the wash. This last visit I was told my car was being dryed and it would be brought up shortly (after leaving it for two hours) when it was brought up it was NOT washed at all. I was told I could wait 45 minutes and they would take it back to wash. After I left I called and left a message with the service department receptionist to have a manager call me regarding the issue, as she said they were all busy, but I have yet to get a call back.
