My first passat I was told the first 3 Services where free and wasn't the case the one I have now when I got it the sales people said that with whatever customer program was going on the only thing I would pay for is the oil changes and that wasn't the case. And I have been owed 200 dollars for service on my last passat because I paid to have it done just before I traded it.

Overall I was satisfied, the service representative Ryan was delightful to work with and so we're the technicians. Only issue I had was that I specified that the vehicle has a large boost leak and that a pressure test be performed but was not performed by the shop lead. I specified my diagnostics and my data logging wich lead to a pressure test being performed on the charge pressure system but the pressure test was not performed until I specified that I wanted it performed.
