Felt like service department thought they were doing us a favor by fixing the battery. The reality is that we have had the car for three months and shouldn’t be having this issue. Also, not impressed with the fact that we had to call back to get a loaner car as they tried to put us on a shuttle initially. The service folks also neglected to set time before we picked car up from a battery replacement. Also, with any other brand of vehicle (Lincoln, Lexus, BMW and Ford) that we have had serviced they have always washed and vacuumed the vehicle during service visits. Last I feel it’s in bad taste to provide a loaner that is less of a vehicle than the car brought in to be worked on.
