My mother-in-law took my car in for me and Britney called me, as I requested, to go over all of my concerns prior to my scheduled appointment and then followed up with me after. I came in for an oil change with a coupon. I was told that I was charged more for the oil change because my car took 5 quarts and the coupon was only good up to 4 quarts. When I got home I showed my husband the paperwork because I was told it needed tires and windshield wipers. He just replaced the wipers and when he had me double check the coupon it was good for 5 quarts of oil. I was overcharged for my oil change.
