Ken was friendly, courteous, and competent. As soon as we pulled into the service area, he came over, introduced himself, and took care of us. The work on our RDX's air conditioner was done during the expected time frame, and he kept us informed about it once the techs had time to diagnose the problem. We had a very positive experience with him!

I had routine A-1 service, and it was OK. I wa just disappointed that the car wash was very poor. I had just had my car detailed so it shouldn’t have taken much effort to do a good job. Usually I am happy with my service, but not today.
