Chase was very thorough in explaining options, recommendations and benefits for the additional services. He escorted me to the waiting area and offered me beverages. The timeline was perfectly predicted and when he came to tell me I was ready to go h didn’t rush me, very polite, professional yet personable. The only disappointment was my car did not get vacuumed as promised but I believe that is not in his area to supervise. It was delightful to get the car washed. Thank you Chad!
