I've done my service at **** Hannah a few times now as I purchased my vehicle in 2016. This was the first time where even though I had an appointment set up in advance I had to wait three hours to perform A1 service. I don't know if this visit was an outlier but I've never had to wait that long for service with an appointment. My previous experiences have all been good but having to wait three hours and then being told if I wanted a car wash it would take an additional hour is a bit ridiculous. I have a dealership closer to my house than this location but always continued to go to **** Hannah because it's been a good experience. Not so sure I want to continue making the drive if each time it's going to be a long wait.
