The service department team is always considerate which I really appreciate. Seems like nothing ever goes as planned and Jerry being calm really helped.

Sabrina attempted to address our concerns, was available for call backs regarding updates and authorizations for service work to be completed. If unavailable, she seemed to follow up with a phone call in a timely manner. I am still unhappy about the issue regarding the new battery and car needing to be jumped multiple times a week. Explanation that **** Hanna only sells Acura parts and isn't Acura didn't seem to satisfy my request to have a problem solved that appears to be a problem involving lawsuits with Acura regarding this issue. I understand that there may not currently be a recall on the hands free link however I wasn't requesting it to be fixed. I was simply requesting the HFL or whatever faulty part that is causing the battery to drain to be disabled without cost as it's a known issue that customers will obviously experience outside of their warranty when buying the car new.
