2.5 hours for an oil and filter change with a car wash is way too long with an appointment was way too long and not a good use of my time since I was told it would only take about an hour. Then I went out and everyone ignored me for another 20 minutes until I finally asked someone who would at least process the payment so I could leave quicker. I was told there weren't enough people available but others in the waiting room who came after me left earlier. Not sure why I was given such poor service but there are a 100 options for an oil change in the future. Will should have asked me if I was willing to wait another 1.5 hours for the "free" car wash. My time is more valuable than that and I should have been given the option to leave earlier without the car wash or provided a coupon.

Mason was great, no problems on his part at all. But going through your services where first the email for the appointment was wrong, and then the text that came in as a reminder was yet another wrong appointment time. So the slot that I booked was given away is frustrating. Very unhappy with that.

Always fantastic service provided by DH Acura. The waiting lounge is luxurious from TV, Charging stations, to the coffee machine.

I've been in and out this past year and spent over $3,000 on fixing my MDX and every time i leave the Acura dealership after getting a service done, i always notice something new wrong with the car. I've also been told the car needs work done when it really didn't. My 10 point inspection is different every time. I cant trust Acura anymore.
