The individual responsible for bringing me my key after the car was washed didn’t do so in a timely manner. I paid for the service online via the txt prompt, which was great. And then I waited in the waiting room for another 10 mins, and then I had an appt to make, so I went out and asked for my key, he went out back, then went somewhere else, all the while my car was sitting there in the lot ready to be driven off, the guy finally found my key, it was at his desk the entire time. He apologized, said he forgot the key was given to him by the wash guys.
