Noah Mayer's service was fine. However, I am not satisfied with your loaner car arrangement. I have done ALL of my vehicle servicing at **** Hannah Acura for the last 13 years. I have spent thousands of dollars in your service department. When I bought the car, I was promised loaner car service for life. When I requested a loaner, I was told that the wait would be two to three weeks before a loaner car was available. While you are technically honoring your commitment for making a loaner car available, you make it difficult for me to actually use the service because the loaner cars are not available for an extended period of time.
