Price gave me false hope that my issue could be a warranty issue when he took my truck all day. And had it looked out to find the collision center was just as incompetent for my own research was better put together. Maybe because I'm a tech in my field. I felt like they were feeding me non sense. Not because it wasn't what I wanted to hear but because it did not make troubleshooting since to what was diagnosed.. then I get charged 240 dollars for the service I was under the impression was going to be a warranty issue. My upside to all of this was only that Tyler Gonzales continuely gave price the answers for the questions that I had and saved me a hundred dollars on the ticket. Through and through I will not be buying another vehicle or servicing with **** Hannah and I will copy paste this to google people should no about service guys luring people on false solutions only to be charged for knowledge you already know.. what a waste.. so sad

The time it took for a 15,000 mike check up was longer than expected. I received a text encouraging me to text any questions, however, my text asking how much longer to expect for the service to be comp, eyed went unanswered. I finally went outside to ask the eta only to find my car parked and waiting for me. I can only wonder how long it had been sitting there. It’s true that when I arrived the waiting room was nearly full but after my first hour of waiting, those people had all disapaited. Two other folks came in roughly 90 minutes after me and both were serviced and left before me. Thankfully the gentleman, Wayne, who first greeted me upon my arrival, was able to reset my screen satisfactorily so the 15,000 mile tunebup was the only service required.

I took my 2010 Prius in because the "check hybrid system" light came on the dashboard. When I dropped the car off at **** Hannah Toyota Dealership in Kelso, WA, I was quoted the cost per hour was $137.50 (nothing was said about a set charge just to look at it). I asked them to do the the diagnosis on why the light was on because the car ran fine and has never had any problem in the two years and nearly 100k miles I have put on it (commuting). When I got the phone call from Brandon Saldana, he told me a long list of "problems" they found. Among them was "the car was in a wreck and the radiator was leaking so bad they needed to replace it." The car has never had any leaks to my knowledge as long as I have owned it. Brandon told me the inverter fluid was low and that could have tripped the light on the dashboard. I told them I did not want the radiator replaced, just to fill the low fluids. My wife picked up the car the next day, drove it around the parking lot, then stopped and asked them why the warning lights were still on. She was told, "We can't reset them because we didn't fix anything. If we did reset them, they would just kick right back on again." So she drove it to Vancouver WA (around 57 miles according to Google maps). When I looked at the car, the inverter light was still on the dashboard. I asked why it was still on and she told me what they told her. I made a phonecall to Brandon and asked about this. He told me the fluid was leaking so badly they could not do anything till the radiator was replaced. I asked him straight up if they filled the low fluids and he said "yes, the technician did AND even showed him because it was leaking so bad". I then asked what the "Misc. Charge" was in my bill. I was told, "That is a standard charge we charge everyone and we have no control over."
Wanting to know how bad the leak was, I went out to my car and took photos of the coolant level in the inverter container which was WAY below the low level mark. I then took the car to a trusted auto shop here in Vancouver. They looked at the car (diognosing it took less than five minutes). The technician told me he hooked the car up and everything looked fine. I filled the coolant container that afternoon and took photos because I wanted to see this huge leak that the **** Hannah technician saw and reportedly showed Brandon. We checked the fluids that night before driving it to Longview and the container was still full with no leaking fluid on the asphalt under the car. We let the car sit over night and took photos of the still full fluid container the next morning (no fluids on the concrete underneath). We drove the car back to Vancouver this morning and checked the fluid and it is still full and took yet another photo of the still completely full container. **** Hannah Toyota Dealership had the vehicle only over night and fluid leak would have had less time and no miles to leak compared to the time and miles we have had since the technician supposedly filled the fluid. This makes me seriously question that anyone at **** Hannah filled the fluid like they told me was done.
The bill I received for the (lack of) work done is not good business for **** Hannah nor for their customers. I do not believe they did an hour's work (billed at $137.50/hour) and if they charge a set price just to look at a vehicle they need to state that to the customer BEFORE they bill for a full hour anyway. **** Hannah Toyota Dealership needs to also include in the quote the misc. fee of $13.75 if this "Misc. Charge" is also billed every time. My total for **** Hanna Toyota Dealership was $163.50. I don't believe they filled the fluids, and then out right lied about it and charged me more than an hour worth of work for practically nothing. This belief is supported by the diagnostics run by the other auto shop and photos I took to determine the severity of the leak. I am not satisfied with this dealership. I do not believe any credible business would endorse the "lack of" customer service we received.
PS. Now that I filled the fluids and I had another company set the lights the car is still running fine and we did everything **** Hannah Toyota Dealership should have done. We intend to contact the Better Business Bureau because of the experience we had.

I was not satisfied at all. I was over charged. Different than the what your Internet site stated. Also, it took over an hour 2a half just for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't even get a car wash. I left there really dissapointed. Tyler was too busy chatting with his fellow employees that he couldn't even find time to keep me abreast on the peogress. Keep in mind that I had set an appointment. I probable won't return to your dealership for service again. My time is very valable.

Prior to purchasing the truck, the listing online and within the paperwork we received said that the truck had a “full detail” done. it was dark when we first saw and bought the truck, we didnt realize until the next morning that the truck for sure was never detailed. Stains on the back seat, center console and crumbs/residue within the cup holders and car doors. Pet hair still embedded in the seats too. Scratches on the outside we’re not buffed out. I can go on. Well when we brought the truck back to have the $1,000+ tires that we bought put on, we mentioned that the truck was never detailed and that it needed to be. The service guy said it would be done and would be “immaculate” when finished. I drove from our home in Vancouver all of the way to Kelso to find that no detail was done on the truck. When you spend 30K on a truck from a dealership like **** Hannah I expected to get what I was told I would get..
