I now have a damaged truck .your service department does not respect or give a **** about customer vehicles they are incompetent and do it half assed I will never be back I did not pay 40000 for a vehicle to get scratched up by your incompetent staff

I have been the DickHanna loyal customer for a 5 years. I came from Beaverton, OR for all my inspection service to your location. That is long way to come plus paying labor tax on top of my bill because I believed on your good services. Yesterday I realized after 55000 mile service was completed, they didn’t check rear lights. Then I have to wait an hour more after they told me the car is ready. I am curious that what “inspection or service” means?
