I have been the DickHanna loyal customer for a 5 years. I came from Beaverton, OR for all my inspection service to your location. That is long way to come plus paying labor tax on top of my bill because I believed on your good services. Yesterday I realized after 55000 mile service was completed, they didn’t check rear lights. Then I have to wait an hour more after they told me the car is ready. I am curious that what “inspection or service” means? Should I have vehicle checklist and let them know what is wrong or they should check everything? Thanks, Keyvan

I made an appointment and arrived the service department had not gotten the parts for the appointment which extended my stay with the sleepy baby the service lady was very helpful got the car washed if you can call it a wash many places were missed

Too high misc. Charge. No senior discount. Paperwork said my battery failed but service writer said nothing about it. Been a faithful customer for many years. I am very disappointed.
