Brandon was very rude a girl first helped us and told him our problem and all he said was “yeah i believe them” in a rude tone applying like we have a bad truck then not explaining himself like that’s been happening a lot etc. just a bad customer service vibe. We’re taking it else where because of him!

I picked my car up today after having extensive work done on the engine to drive less than 2 miles when emergency lights for check your engine and excetera excetera on and still are on I called back to **** Hannah and left a message and I expect someone to call me first thing tomorrow morning because they need to come and get my car and take it back to the shop and fix it correctly. This will be the second time I've actually had major work done on my car and it's been returned to me with emergency check your engine lights on and previously they didn't put the oil spill right and it will run out of my car and I had to bring it back to have that corrected I do not understand how you can release a car back to an owner when there's something still going on with it and call it good. I'm very disappointed.
