I’m completely disappointed in the way I was treated and serviced at **** Hannah Toyota. The technician who worked on my vehicle has a serious lack of professionalism and absolutely no pride in his/her work. His/her dishonesty regarding work performed on my vehicle has greatly represented that entire dealership in a very negative way. Especially for those in management who over see their work. As a business owner myself, I can easily say that **** Hannah Toyota is a perfect example of how NOT to treat customers and management should be ashamed at the poor quality of service given.

Grease was left on drivers seat. While it was cleaned after bringing it to your attention, it detracts from overall job. 10 years ago it happened at another place and I still remember it; doesn’t matter how good everything else went. Stuff just happens.

Almost $60 bucks to clean corrosion off battery posts? This is something that should have been part of your inspection before it was sold. I’ve only owned this car 95 days and already had to take it in. Glad I purchased additional warranties.

I was disappointed to find that I had a headlight out and it was not replaced and also that I had to re-wash all 4 of my rims because they were only partially clean, not just a smug or 2 that would be understandable but I literally had to wash the entire wheel all the way around the car. Also had to re-wash a passenger window and a side mirror. You're people up front are very friendly but I was very disappointed when I got home and noticed what was missed. This was my first time bringing a vehicle in to have it serviced and it made wonder why I am paying extra money for a warranty if you're not going to hold up to your end.
