I'm very disappointed with your service department today. I have brought my Subaru there for all my scheduled maintenance and other issues since I purchased it from **** Hannah 2 years ago and was charged a ridiculous amount to remove rocks from my break caliper today. I haven't been charged for that in the past at **** Hannah when this has happened and was also not charged by Les Schwab for the same service when it happened and they were the closest one to my location at the time. I also had to ask for my loyalty reward discount, which is just poor customer service on top of an exorbitant fee. I will have to seriously think about who will take care of my car maintenance needs in the future if I am going to be charged $70 (after my "discount") to remove rocks from a break caliper.

We live near the Canadian border in WA state, with a second home in southern Oregon. So we obviously are not regular customers at Kelso **** Hannah. However, we broke down off of I-5 near Kelso back in June and got towed to the dealership an hour before closing time. Tyler immediately got the problem diagnosed and replacement parts located in Portland. We had to wait overnight for the parts and repair, so Tyler secured us a nearby hotel that accepted all 3 of our dogs weighing about 100 pounds each - this is not an easy thing to do ANYWHERE! Then Wayne the shuttle driver took us and our dogs and gear over the hotel, picked us up the next day. Tyler stayed on top of the situation ensuring that the repair was completed as quickly as possible to get us back on our way, as we had been driving from Oregon to Washington home. Amazing service from Tyler and the whole crew. Well, 6 months passed and yesterday we found ourselves with another emergency repair and we once again were driving from Oregon to Washington. Called the dealership, the receptionist assigned us to Tyler. We drove in an hour later, and were welcomed like family by Tyler and staff. Tyler immediately set to work to diagnose the problem, and then the mechanics worked their magic and off we went. Tyler is amazingly competent, willing to get his hands dirty and go the extra mile to take care of his customers. The rest of your crew is also fantastic, but this is Tyler's survey. **** Hannah and Toyota are very fortunate to have this man on their staff and you can be assured that he sets a high standard my husband and I wish we could encounter more often! I guess we'll have to keep going back to Kelso, because our local dealer is just a sad excuse for customer service in comparison to our experience with Tyler Gonzales. Again, the rest of the **** Hannah crew is also great. Thanks!

I clicked the wrong box???? I had a great experience today and I was out in less than half of the time that it was predicted to take. However, I would like to talk to somebody about how I could go about getting an owners manual. I have had a couple occasions come up where it would have been nice to have one and I didn't get one when I purchased my car.
