Came in today for oil change,no appt. Sat there for one hour, then asked Scott how long before car was done. He said "3 cars ahead of us" so another 1 1/2 hour. At that time we decided to leave. A lack of communication on his part. If we had known up front our wait time was that long we would have scheduled a time.

Brandon went well above the call of duty. My family did not miss or son's home opener playing for his college football team because of how quickly he took ownership of the problem with our vehicle. He got use quickly into a loaner and back on the road with little delay. We made it in time for the kickoff and our car wad repaired and cleaned the same day. We will be driving to Kelso to shop for our next car.

Over all my new 2017 Tacoma developed a leak at the third brake light. When I noticed this leak I made a video which I shared with the service writer. In the video it shows the head liner being saturated with water and the seats . This was not the first time this has leaked , I believed that the first time it leaked it was my self by hitting the electric rear window switch but latter realized I was in deed not operator error. At the time of drop off I also asked that before my truck was returned that it was washed, I was told that it would be taken care of. I was not able to pick up my vehicle, my wife had to do to my work schedule, had I been the one who did it wouldn't of left the lot 1 it was not washed as I was told it was going to be 2 she was told that the tech said the seats did not get wet nor the head liner when clearly in the video I supplied they where soaked. You may ask why I worry about them being wet , well countious water leak on a headliner can cause them to become deformed and cause mildew. Wet seats can do the same. The leak was not caused by my self so what I would have asked for is something in writing stating that if mildew starts in head liner or seats that toyota would replace them. 3 passenger seat cover has abnormall figment, I believe being a former technician for a Ford dealer and a well established trucking company that the seat cover was not installed correctly from the factory. The service writer said his technician said it was normal ware . The passenger seat in this vehicle is barley used since this vehicle is driven to my place of work and sits for 7 days at a time before returning home. And durning my lfirst service I had asked the service writter to look into this. I will be taking it to a upholstery shop and asking for it to be looked at for correct fitment. Overall I never would have let a vehicle leave my shop and have never let a vehicle leave dirty. Especially if it was covered under service plans. I feel that because it was my wife picking up the vehicle she was taken advantage of because of her lack of knowledge in automotive, and had it been myself I would have stayed until the service was preformed to the highest standards. I do intend to contact toyota corporation and discuss this matter with them directly. The gap that is between the head liner and roof on the driver side of my pickup was definitely greater of that in the Tacoma I rented and I believe was cause by the water leaking on it . I was great enough that it was noticeable looking at it through the rear view mirror. I do believe that the passenger seat cover was installed poorly and simply needs and adjusting, overall if feel the service was sub par for dealership standards and would have never let a vehicle leave dirty or let a customer leave feeling the way my wife felt after picking up our vehicle. Sorry for typos I am typing via phone do to being on a tug boat.

I was charged over $200 for a supposed mouse house a week ago today I ask to see it but funny it has been thrown away so tell me how would I know that plus another 200 for maintenance that had never cost over 96 Then put tired today an that was another $126 I I'm not happy especially bout the mouse house bull

My wife had planned to bring the vehicle in for tires and a recall part. She went to a significant amount of trouble to find childcare. Unfortunately they did not have the part required for the recall. Since this had been part of the reason the appointment was scheduled when it was, it would have been courteous for **** Hannah to call and inform her about not having the part ahead of time. Had she known this she would have rescheduled to do everything at one time. We are not dissatisfied with the service, just disappointed. Thank you.
