The oil change was quick and satisfactory. However whoever changed my oil broke my driver’s door inside handle. I did not notice it until I reached my destination as I just hopped in the car and drove as the service took a bit longer than I had planned for. I noticed the broken/ snapped handle when I stopped at my destination and tried to open the door. The handle was snapped and looks like it was stuffed back in the try to hide the damage. I realize that accidents happen but it would’ve been nice if you would’ve owned up that you damaged my car. It ruined my plans for yesterday. We ended up having to take someone else’s vehicle. This is a major safety issue as for me to get out of the car I have to roll down the window, open it from the outside and then re-roll up the window. I will be contacting you today regarding this. I am not a happy camper.

I had an appointment for 0800 on Tuesday. We dropped the vehicle off the night before. I received a call Tuesday morning about why it was there. By Tuesday at 1430 I called about the vehicle’s status. I was told it needed a new head lamp holder, struts and shocks as well as banjo bolts. I was told the total would be around $2600. We reviewed what parts were in stock and which weren’t. I gave the ho ahead because the primary drivers of the vehicle can’t afford a new car. So, on Wednesday afternoon I called and couldn’t speak directly with Renee. After receiving a text about the vehicle needing four new tires and receiving photos of the tires, I dropped by. Come to find out, only two new tires were needed. So Wednesday afternoon, I was promised that the car would be ready Thursday at five. Thursday, we show up because now, I have to return to Olympia to work. After much deliberation, it was found that the banjo bolts weren’t done. So here it is Friday, and the vehicle is finally finished. However, I work nights, so my sleep was trashed because I have to track down the vehicle status and arrange payment instead of getting rest. Before I left Thursday, I was assured that my son would get a ride back to Kalama, which he did, then he would be picked up Friday to take the vehicle home. He ended up having to arrNge a ride to get him there. I think it was in general, the worst experience I have had with a repair shop in my life. The price was discounted, but the aggravation and total waste of my time was maddening and unnecessary.

I came in at 7:15 for an appointment that was to take 2 hours. I came back 5 1/2 hours later only to find that they had an hour left of work on my car. Unacceptable in my book. I got two messages asking if I had questions or concerns, but no indication that the work was taking longer than it should, or in my case never started. Seems like a check on the work before the nice messages would have been 100% more helpful.

Liz did just fine trying to resolve the problem that left me unhappy. I gotta say, though, I probably won’t bring my car back for repair unless I’m desperate. I say that with a little bit of jocularity but try to fix the processes for communication and repair okay?

I have gotten my car serviced at your facility for many years. This last time I went all the service people were new to me. They didn’t seem as knowledgeable as people I’ve worked with in the past. I didn’t get updates as I had in the past. I had to call to find anything out. I’m hoping to work with someone next time that is more knowledgeable.

The only criticism I have is that I didn't see a tire rotation on the receipt. My car has 6700 miles so maybe it didn't need it?

Took way to long to service car! Was there from 9:45 until noon! Elizabeth was not given proper info as to what was going on in shop! She really tried to keep me informed but just couldn’t make thins happen!! Also warranty problem seemed to take forever. Shop really dropped the ball on this item

The part to fix my car is not available and Toyota is not able to provide me with a when the part will be delivered and the car repaired. Also my car appointment was for 10:45 am. When I had not heard anything at 2:00 pm I called to ask the status. After checking Chrissy said the technician wasn’t available and that she would call me back. Again after not getting a call back I called at 3:30 pm I called again to find out the status. Chrissy indicates that the technician suspected bad fuel but more testing was needed. At 4:30 pm Chrissy called and told me that they found a part that needed replaced but the had no idea when the part would arrive or how long it would take to fix. I guess I will need to check daily on getting a status update.
