Asked them to check my tire for a leak. They claimed they dunk tanked it but obviously did not as they “couldn’t find a leak”. Took it to Les Schwab the next day as it was low again and watched them dunk it and the leak was obvious.

Chrissy Loran handles herself exactly as a professional customer service representative should! She is an outstanding individual and I appreciate the ease & efficiency she delivers to my frequent service needs as a fleet customer!
However, it needs to be noted that the 1st individual I encountered (as Crissy was in a meeting) left a lot to be desired. “Renee” needs to understand that her attitude is probably the most important attribute to her job - and sarcasm with a customer will not serve her well. I understand she is new to the position.....

Your representative did give me a discount, but I am currently not inclined to use your services again if this is your average customer service.

I came in for a scheduled oil change and a drip molding fix on Wednesday. I sat there for three hours and nobody told me that my oil change was done and my part for fixing my drip molding wasn't there. Renee told me to come back on Friday morning so I did and when I showed up, I was told that I wasn't on the schedule and that they didn't have my part. Renee's manager then came out and told me that they would get ahold of me when my part came in. It's been a week and nobody has gotten hold of me yet.

I never received a phone call about my vehicle being done, i called to see if it was done and was told i would get a call back. An hour later, 1 hour before they closed i called again. I had also told the service person to give me a call if i need an alignment, i never received a call.
