I was on time to drop off and the Toyota team was ready, no waiting or delay. Friendly staff, clean shop, hot coffee and tv while I waited in a cumfy chair. Only took around 30min to change oil and filter, cabin filter, rotate tires and check all the fluids. Best service stop location I have experienced. I am glad I have found my new service location. I can't get a straight answer to many of my questions. And if I have 4 tires that are rated for 75000 yet are measuring a 4 at 29000 miles. And I'm expected to get the same kind of tires with the prorated from tire company is lunacy
