Previously, this person was rather snarky refusing me a promised loaner vehicle since my car needed to be left all day.
Received a call from Tyler the service manager, who had me bring in my vehicle after work on Monday for 1 hour to do the recall warranty work.
I am not able to be without my vehicle without a loaner vehicle due to my work requirements ... Tyler mad right what was an extremely disappointing situation previously

This is my second Toyota and fourth vehicle I have bought from **** Hannah because the sales and service are wonderful!! I can drop the car off on my way to work, get shuttled to work and get picked up at lunch so it takes no time away from my work day. Love how easy it all is! ????

Elizabeth Pettyjohn was amazing! What was not amazing was the Allstate insurance company I bought. It saved me big money, so
I am grateful for that, but I DO pay for it. Disappointed that they tried to be so cheap about approving certain needed parts, and aren’t handling their weekend uptime- probably a call center IT problem. Finally, the phone system of routing calls to service centers are not very to the right deaership/ person. I was also disconnected twice while on hold. Just a couple of things that could be improved- but everyone WAS nice.!!

I had a nail in my tire and was quieted $350+ for a new tire and was told it couldn’t be fixed. I took it to lea shcwab the same day and they fixed it no problem and no cost... I’m no happy about being taking advantage of.
