I scheduled a 60000 mile service online for. 0700 on 9/8/18. I dropped my car off the evening before and wrote “60,000 mile service (+ oil change, tire rotation and car wash)” on the work to be performed portion of the envelope. When I arrived at 1230 to pick car up, only oil change, tire rotation and car wash were done. When I asked why 60000 mile service had not been done she told me they could only do the work authorized on the envelope. It was clear to me that I had requested thw work properly. I had not received any call or email to clarify. I had to leave the car for 3 more hours so the originally requested work could be completed.
