There was no hustle to the team..my car was pulled once it was finished getting a oil change,car wash and parked..was completely finshed...no one called me out to let me pay tell me its done and let me leave...i was there for 2 hours already WITH an appointment for a simple oil change and car wash...they were too busy coming in getting snacks talking amungst themselves..my husband had to finally ask why is our car just sitting there and the guys answer was "he didnt realize"..thats kind of HIS JOB to pay attention to the flow of operations with a lobby full of waiting people..everyone that worked there were very nice just didn't really seem to care about other peoples time.
