I just bought a 2016 RAV4 SE on Saturday and my bumper/grill already came loose. The service department told me that it was because of damage, which definitely did NOT happen in my possession, and directed me to my insurance or several hundred dollars more of service though the dealership instead of just reattaching it. I’m definitely not satisfied with this service.

They did the service well but the wash area was broken so no wash or vacuum. They did tell me to bring it back and they would do it but time is a factor. But the important part was great!!

What parents to work that was done was good but head they talk to me sooner I probably would have added a couple of items that they said were cautionsry rathet than have to bring my car back. I was surprised taht they fid not vacuum the car. Perhaps this is a policy change.

I was greeted promptly and signed in. The young man was even able to determine that may back foot lock was not broken but that the child lock was on. It appeared to be a very busy day yet the staff was friendly. I have not had a bad experience with the Kelso **** Hannah service staff. Kudos to the service staff.

My experience was really bad, and I won’t be returning to **** Hanna Toyota, and will stop recommending it to my friends. I never was treated so poorly in Toyota dealerships before. This woman made me to wait for nothing for over an hour after my car was done, without letting me know. I saw my car waiting on the parking lot. She said she was trying to “get through” on the phone to Toyota but couldn’t. She offered me to wait another 2 hours, which I refused. She never even apologized. She also tried to charge me cargo net installment labor about $30, when I said that I was told it was free, she argued that nobody informed her about it. When I insisted she eventually took off that charge of my bill. The worst part is that cargo net didn’t need to be installed at all. All slots were already preinstalled by manufacturers, and the part I purchased was just two sticks that slide into those slots easily, as I checked at home. I felt that she tried to scam me. Besides, she, and other clerks there on receiving my car were not courteous at all, made me to wait without explanations. Nobody explained to me what was done to my car, and when is the next service, and what it’s expected to be done in the future. Overall, very very poor experience, made me feel very bad about quality if the service. As I provided detailed explanation, I don’t wish to waste more of my time talking on the phone about it. Thanks.

Crissy was amazing in everyway, what upsets me is the “misc” charge on my bill. It may seem like a small buffer to recoup your costs and balance the books, but I see it as a credibility red-flag. This misc charge I’m sure you’ve heard grumblings about. When your quoted a price and then suddenly $5-$6 bucks is added on and justified whatever way you would like, but here you’ve lost the consumer. You’ve created a lack of trust in an unspoken contract. Now do I trust you when you say my brakes are jacked, or do I check with another business. You may be losing a lot more revenue and respect from your clients with this “simple” little up-charge. Why don’t you start a campaign stating clearly what the cost of your services will be and establish yourself as the trustworthy accountable place to bring your broken rig.

Everyone in the service department is great, absolutely no complaints with the quality of customer service I received. Super friendly and helpful. Gage and al other staff provided excellent customer service. But I have to say that the week I mail in my final payment for my car, I bring it in for my 65,000 mile check up, and suddenly am told there is $3,000 worth of service that needs to be done, including a leak in my engine. I have had this car for 6 years, it only has 65,000 miles, I have babied it and taken the utmost care and never missed an oil change or service appointment. And I understand my “warranty” was only for 36,000 miles, but I still feel like that is an error in manufacturing and should be taken care of without me having to pay another $1000 dollars. Especially since it stinks like rotten eggs and they said I need to take it on the freeway and run the engine more because I baby it so much.. otherwise the converter may go out?! I am just super disappointed with **** Hannah overall and the quality of my Scion.
