I asked a specific question, and requested a report answer to that question upon completion of my vehicle maintenance. I was not given that answer. Or was I given any sort of explanation to the work done. In my opinion, the people working the service area the day I was there, were very unprofessional. I will not be having any further work performed at **** Hannah dealerships. Nor will I be purchasing my next vehicle there. The service tech was named Caleb.

Tyler was great. The last 2 times I brought car in they couldn’t wash. Last time no wash or vaccine, today Tyler asked them to vaccine, only did the front. Car was wash under construction today. I understand that. Did not change sticker in window. No check list of system checked. As far as I know all they did they did was change oil& nothing else for $78. They used to give you a list of recommendations and all system check.

I drove all the way from Tenino for a rather expensive oil change (Ford dealer would have beat the price by almost $20…and would have included the tire rotation) if it had not voided my loyalty rewards I would have gone there. Caleb was great. Very nice. I was promised a car wash in and out(by the gal I made the appointment with over the phone) . Construction was being done. So that did not happen. Yes. I was pleased with the service. The was a nasty body odor smell coming from the seat when I got my car back..... That was odd.....

Usually my car is washed when it's serviced and I was disappointed to see that didn't take place. Also, my old oil change sticker wasn't removed and replaced with an updated mileage. Those are just little things, I know. Caleb was super nice & helpful and I appreciated his great customer service & friendliness
