Why would Toyota **** Hannah sale a tundra TRD with a 11000 lb. tow rating with a 4ply tires? I had a flat pulling about 6000lbs and did not have an accident, if I did have an accident you’d be hearing from my attorney. No your service department did not make it right. They tried to sell me the exact same tire for $250, that’s crazy. I went to t&t tires and I got the correct tires for the truck. Spent 45000 and get passenger tires. Once you guys sell a vehicle just like all dealers the service department could care less. T&T said there is a reason they get business from you guys. I spent 1000 dollars today to make my truck safe so I don’t have an accident and possibly kill one of my family members or myself. I’m really disappointed in the salesman that sold me the truck since I told him that I would be hauling livestock and did not mention the tires were only 4 ply. He did mention that I would need airbags which I did.

When you make an appointment you should have priority on needed service. My appointment was at 10AM, I was there on time, my car sat for 1 hr 15 minutes before it went in for service. It took 35 minutes or service and was returned to me at 1150, not washed and no paperwork. We told that it would take 10 minutes to get paperwork completed, so he delivered it without paperwork as expedited. Sericetakes a team and not sure this team works together with a goal of customer satisfaction. Only blame.
