I was almost over-charged because of a typo. I'm glad I had asked what the service was going to cost before hand. Otherwise, I would have had no idea that the wheel alignment was $109 and not $190. Normally I pay what is asked and trust that it is correct. I'm so glad I caught the error. As a customer, I don't like feeling like I will have to double check the work. I've always really liked **** Hannah but after a few sloppy experiences I'm considering shopping around.
