When I dropped my mom's car off for service ,I was excited for her to see how great you all were.when I paid the bill signed the papers, walked out to get the car, I immediately walked straight back in. I told the gentleman that we had a problem, she. I dropped her Lincoln town car off it didn't have any damage tok the drivers side, now it has a plastic/rubber rub mark with so.e paint missing in just a few spots, he said it looks old ?? And it looks like maybe shrubbery did the damage, it was a scratch/rub made from rubber/plastic from a ??door guard or something like that bumper not sure but not shrubbery and not old. As we went to Iliany casino and had it valiayed, Thankfully it was beside the station because my mom's car has the handicap ramps for her wheel chair and the video shows that there was no damage 34 hours prior to me dropping it off at your business for the oil change. You all have always been fair with me, until today when I felt like you patted me on the head and explained that it was an old rub mark and not made from another rig but shrubs. Thank heavens for video surveillance. Please contact me , this is my elderly mom's car and she doesn't drive hasn't for 6 plus years and I can't fix it myself I just don't have the ability to get it done. Service took way too long! I had other plans I was late for so I didn’t have time to even wait for a car wash as I needed to leave. Service dept was gracious and courteous though and covered my oil change for the trouble and said I could come back anytime for a wash so I can appreciate their service. The tip of the iceberg was having to wait all that time and listening to an employees crying baby. I’m a mom so I get it, if your baby needed to be with you but don’t disturb customers and other staff...take the baby out until you can get her to sleep or calmed down.

Glad the service dept is open on Saturdays, and the service crew are always efficient, friendly and easy to work with.

Service was great. I have paid for 11 oil changes and never been charged more than 50 to 60 dollars, today I paid almost 70 dollars. Doesn’t seem right.

Brandon was friendly and professional, he even washed my car himself when we ran into a time crunch!

Tyler was great but over an hour and 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment for an oil change is excessive. I was late for an appt that I didn’t think would have been a problem. And they fifty even have time yo vacuum or wash the car
