Miguel was helpful but your mechanics continue to misdiagnose and don’t take pride in workmanship. Inspection on visor light was done with greasy hands and not reinstalled properly. They also failed to reinstall a fuse for my temp control. This is not the first time techs have missed things like a propeller bearing, and electrical control module. They also didn’t rotate tires when they said they did and fail to ask if I would like items like air filter replaced with my oil change but note it on the check sheet. This was my last visit to **** Hannah. I will be driving further to go to Armstrong VW from now on. Disappointed because I like to support business in my neighborhood and I own two VW’s.
