Went in for a oil change and asked about a tire rotation and he estimated it about 90 dollars with the bundle but didn’t want the bundle just a tire rotation and oil change and still said about 90 dollars when just a tire rotation is 24 dollars

Car was promised by 4pm and left all day. At 415 pm we got a voice message that it would not be ready until saturday. I was already on the one hour trip on my bike out to collect it. When I asked about a loaner or promise it could be done sat early for a trip to eugene I was told it’s be ready by 11. When I called Saturday morning to check status I was told I’d get a call back. After 30 minutes and no call I rented a car for $30, having lost all confidence. Ps when I finally picked the car up it had not been vacuumed, tho my wife was promised it would be. Or happy.

Well where to start, last year I brought my car in to change the daytime running lights . After completion of installation I left and found out that they were installed improperly after I took the car in to another dealership and was wondering why the headlights were fogging up. I found out the headlight bulbs that your dealership installed were burning into the headlight casing. I then brought my vehicle back to your dealership and you replaced the headlights. Then about two weeks ago, my wife went back to your dealership for the express service check, where they checked her in, and she was waiting 3 hours. Upon me calling her, I advised my wife to go out and ask what was taking so long for the service. The adviser said “I’m so sorry we completely forgot about you” her keys were labeled with her name and our car was parked right in front of the garage, so they moved up the car to get it out of the way and never performed the diagnostic. Now going on 3 1/2 hours later we find out there’s a problem in the gas tank area. I then scheduled an appointment to have this check engine light fixed . Upon going into the Dealership I worked with Chad, he was Professional and nice, I explained what happened with my wife’s experience and Chad said due to the circumstances our rental would be free of charge. After a couple days including Sunday which Your dealership is closed. Chad called me on Tuesday and offered to have only three days for the dealership to cover the expense of the rental and the other days left I would have to cover until the “part” that they ordered on Monday comes in. My wife was unhappy that Chad explained to both of us that the rental would be covered, which was not the case, he said she should be happy with the three days that he offered to cover, for a part that your dealership did not have and was waiting to receive. My wife then had to go in personally and talk to Jeff, one of the higher managers that agreed with her saying Chad did not communicate clearly and the rental should be covered. Today I received a call from Chad and he advised me the car was ready for pickup. Upon picking up the car and getting my paper work, they handed me the key and said “You’re all set”. Getting in my car I looked back and saw that my back seats were torn apart and part of the fuel tank components were just sitting openly in the back of the car. Not only that, my car was completely filthy as well. I went back to your Service station and showed the gentlemen what was wrong with my car, he then proceeded to start putting my back seat together in front of me and called another Technician in to help him. I dont know how they think car dealerships are supposed to handle vehicles but from my experience it was the most unprofessional, uncoordinated, not to mention untrained dealership I have ever had to deal with on both occasions. After mentioning the condition of my car they then proceeded to give me a Washman coupon, and said that’s the option I had to get my car clean. Which when I called in four weeks ago and was inquiring about having my car detailed, they told me they would schedule me an appointment to have my car detailed. She called back an hour later from Your Vancouver location and advised me that the person that does the car detailing no longer works there and they were actively looking for someone to fill that job. Which come to find out from my washmans coupon has yet to be filled??? Not only am I completely unsattified with your dealership, I’m going to take the steps to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I think you really need to re-evaluate your staff, procedures, and dealership operations. On a scale from 1-10, your dealership was definitely a 0. I will never do business at **** Hannah Portand location again, and I give full recommendations to Salem Volkswagen for putting their customers and business above par.

I came in for a tired patch because there was i leak in the rear driver side tire and it feel like i was being force to buy a new set of tires. And the wait was well over an hour long. I come to **** Hannah V.W. every time when there is an issues with the vehicle. This time i came in for a tired patch it feel like i was unwelcome.

Chad was thorough, professional, knowledgable, patient and courteous. If I could think of additional words to compliment Chad, I would include them in these comments. He did a fine job and is an asset to **** Hannah. I regret buying my Azera from your competitor in 2012. The salesman was great but their service department is more than horrible. As a result, I was on my guard when I came to **** Hannah several months ago. Brad helped me then and was great to work with. I feel the same about my experience with Chad. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
