I usually get my car washed and vacuumed out after my car has been Sevicesd. that did not happen this time with my service... I had to take it else where to get that done...I also have reward point with **** Hanna and I was told I have to print it off from the computer in order to use them... I think that is a waste of time and Paper if u can look that up on the computers... I am a loyal customer and have been coming there since 2014..If I have points to use I don’t think I should have to print them out when they can simply See that I have the points..

Our van was sent in Friday for service. We were told they needed to continue to work on it on Saturday. We finally called at 3:30 Saturday to check on it since we hadn’t heard back from anyone. At that point we were told no work had been done due to their equipment not working. We were very frustrated to not hear back and then to hear that nothing was done! Now we will have to reschedule another service to try to get these things fixed. We understand that these things happen but to not be informed during the process was frustrating.

I’m going to be driving the extra distance to make this location my only service center. The rep. Informed me of a recall on my vehicle and about a coupon for my oil change. I did feel like today seemed like I was being unsold on all of the services. Came in with oil change then it was lights, then widow wipers, then a special window wipe that helps rain, then cabin filters, then tires... it seemed very add on. Sales driven not service driven. Even in the waiting room they came in “upselling. In the Seattle Doug Hyundai never felt that ever. And they washed and vacuumed my car. Which did not happen in yours. I was surprised that the simple things I enjoyed in the last 2 dealers this dealership did not execute. I did get the coupon to wash the car.
