Hanna was collaborative and reasonable. She is, imo, a great asset to your team. The day of the service she was by herself and overloaded, but treated me kindly.
I was surprised to learn that a warranty covered repair that required alignment, wouldn’t actually cover the alignment itself; not the VW warranty or the additional warranty from Allstate. Next time I get surgery I wonder if after making the cut and operate, if the doctor will ask me that actually stitching the cut is extra cost; it doesn’t make sense, but I had no option but to accept.
It was disappointing to hear that the oil pan couldn’t be repaired and needed replacing; there wasn’t a good technical explanation as to why. As an engineer, there are a lot of repair options.
So Hanna was great, the overall VW experience not.

Miguel was really helpful and fast getting me in and out. He had the service techs top off my fluids and check a few things. This was the best service I have experienced yet. Also, I called a few days before to make an appointment and the person at the contact center told me to speak to Miguel if I showed up at 7 A.M. even though they were busy he still had them work on my car and I was suprised at the short wait for it to be finished. As someone who has owned only Volkswagens purchased from Ray Reece now **** Hannah. In those years I have never submitted a single request for warranty work.
The one time I ask for something to be made right, I was not helped at all.
My drivers seat has a tear in the leather that you guys have refused to fix. In general it’s not right for leather to tear after 20.000 miles and specifically not right to happen on a seam.
For what it’s worth, I will be attending the “Bug In” Volkswagen show at Woodburn Drag strip this weekend telling anyone who asks how I’ve been treated.
