I thought Mariah was polite and friendly. What I wasn’t satisfied with was when I asked about a 30,000 mile checkup. I was quoted $400 and change. When I looked at my manual, there were specific filters that needed to be changed. But mostly everything else was an inspection. I was told one of those 30,000 mile check up was a brake fluid flush at approximately $200. My manual states an inspection. I feel like the service dept. is just out to squeeze money out of uninformed public. I wish that Hyundai was there for me and my car instead of gouging me for $500.

I'd like a refund on the winter tire change over. The flat tire warning came on half way home and I stopped by the tire shop and two tires were below pressure recommendation and two did not have stem caps. Not quality work.

When I showed up for my 10:40 appt at 10:20 I was told it could be a 2-3 hour wait for a 45 min job. I was not happy about that but was offered a ride anywhere or said I could wait. I had a ride come get me. It turned out it was just over an hour and the call came to pick up. Glad it was quick. Thank you.

I asked that my car get washed and it was half washed. The inside was not cleaned and I had asked for some tape marks to be removed from a back window which they said they would do but that wasn’t done either. Very poor service for a long time customer. Don’t Know if I will go back.

Chris was awesome. When I called to see what it would costs to repair this a few months ago I was told it would be over $250. He actually looked to see if it was under warranty and got it taken care of through that. Great experience will definitely be coming back.
