Jessica was a lifesaver!! My appointment was at 10:20 am for an alignment. When I dropped my car off, she informed me it would be ready about 2 pm. I told her that I had to pick my sister up from the airport at 12:40 and if there was anyway it could be done before then I would really appreciate it, even if it meant no complimentary wash and vacuum. She called about 11:45 am to let me know it would be ready at 12:30!! And, the wash and vacuum was being done too! I made it to pick my sister up in baggage claim!! Thank you so much, Jessica!!
