Service was much slower than I have ever experienced at Hyundai dealerships. I bought my Tucson brand new in 2012 and have had it serviced exclusively at Hyundai dealerships since then. I lived in Oklahoma, Colorado, and now Oregon. My car has 94,000 miles on it, and I’ve had oil changes at most every 4000 miles. I have never waited an hour and forty minutes for an oil change with no other service done (I even opted out of the car wash). I’ll try another dealership before going back to **** Hannah VW Portland.
