The lady we dealt with at the counter was amazing, kind and wonderful. However, I am not sure what happened, but it really felt like someone was trying to milk the service. I was told all 4 of our tires need replacing, when they did NOT. I am SO GLAD I did not say "ok here is another 700$". Yes one tire had a nail, but the rest of the fires were in the green when the mechanic came out to re measure them because when I arrived the tire tread looked fine. it was not some emergency... so... I was kinda... not totally pleased. I understand they're offering it and trying to sell stuff, but come on. Integrity and honesty goes a long way. What *i* would have done is either call and say "you have a nail, we can't patch it. If you need a tire it is x amount. Also, your tires will need to be replaced down the road, and we offer that service for x amount" NOT calling me freaking me out like some emergency and asking for another 700+ bucks. The lady was not pushy, but it sure felt like a unnecessary sales push. I mean... I replaced the nail tire for 50$ and all is fine. come on.... it makes me wonder if we REALLY needed some of the services we bought.

Mariah has been exceptional with customer service and making sure I get my concerns heard. But unfortunately each time I brought the car in in the last two weeks some new condition has been happening. I just picked up the car for the third time on Friday. On Saturday the check engine light came on and the car idles very roughly.

After I left I thought of something. I wish I had asked for detailed test results.
So many diagnostic tests are performed, and I would love to see that data, especially in the case of an electric car when the bigges part of the service is to check the health of the battery. In a few months lease will end and I will need to decide if I want to buy this car or not. That information would be helpful.

I mentioned I had to leave at a particular time and she wasn’t sure if they could get the car washed too. But she managed to arrange the service and wash and had me on the road a few minutes ahead of schedule which I truly appreciated. My only concern was that I didn’t receive the coupon rate quoted at arrival. Otherwise, great!
